Personal data collected

easystock limits the collection of personal data to that which is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the processing and management of the commercial relationship.

Failure to provide this data may, depending on the case, result in the impossibility of concluding the contract and/or providing the Services and/or proposing commercial offers to you.

Customer data processing

easystock processes Your personal data, either directly or through its operators, for the purposes of :

• Manage the commercial relationship with You or Your company, including customer account creation, contract management and billing for Services.
• Provide the Services and ensure their security by sending SMS/email information on events concerning your storage site, video surveillance of the sites, and access control on the sites.
• Connecting people through collaborative storage.
• Improve quality of service (ask for your opinion on our services through our partners, personalize our offer, fight against fraud, identify possible malfunctions, carry out statistical analyses using data that may be anonymized).
• To propose commercial offers that may be of interest to you, if you do not object.

Such processing is based on the contract entered into with You, and/or on the legitimate interests of easystock or its operators for the purposes of ensuring the management and security of the Services and enabling their commercial development, and/or on the legal obligations of easystock or its operators.

Processing prospect data

easystock processes your personal data for the purposes of :

• Draw up quotations at Your request.
• Improve quality of service (ask for your opinion on our services through our partners, personalize our offer, fight against fraud, identify possible malfunctions, carry out statistical analyses using data that may be anonymized).
• To propose commercial offers likely to interest You.

This processing is based on Your consent, it being specified that You may refuse to receive commercial prospecting offers at any time.

Recording of telephone conversations with the call center

Your conversations with call center operators are recorded on the basis of easystock’s legitimate interest in ensuring better traceability of easystock’s relations with its customers or prospects. Callers are informed of this recording before the conversation begins.

Data transmission

Your personal data is used primarily by easystock and its operators. It is only passed on to our partners for the purpose of ensuring the proper execution of the service and the follow-up of the resulting commercial relationship, in particular :

• easystock’s partners for managing credit card and direct debit payments;
• service providers involved in commercial relations and marketing communications.

Conservation

Your personal data is stored in France for a period of time appropriate to the purpose of each processing operation. As a general rule, prospect data is kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact; customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and for a maximum of ten years after the end of the contract. By way of exception, such data may be kept for longer periods in order to manage claims and disputes, where applicable, and to meet legal and/or regulatory obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and the rectification of inaccurate data. You may request the erasure of data and the restriction of processing, and you may also object to processing, in the cases and within the limits provided for by the applicable legislation. You have the right to the portability of the personal data you have provided to easystock or its operators, under the conditions provided for by the applicable legislation. You also have the right to define directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication after your death of your personal data processed by easystock, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
